Podgorica is not one of the most visited among the European capitals, but it’s the economic and educational hub of Montenegro as well as its capital.

The Polish capital is one of my favorite cities in Europe, and it has a great mix of modern and historical. There is some impressive architecture as well as artsy metro stations, and overall, you just get a good value for your money here.
